Aaroga does not accept returns. However, in instances where the wrong product or damaged product is delivered to the customer, we will either initiate the refund for the wrongly/damaged delivered product or initiate shipping the correct product again, as the customer may request upon communication within 24 hours of delivery. Such communication has to be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of delivery. 

Order once placed, cannot be cancelled or changed. 

Approved refunds will be credited within 4-7 working days.
